Pivoting to (many) better places

In 2020, the pandemic forced EF Educational Tours to cancel all tours. To save customers’ investments and encourage them to travel with EF in the future, we created a new, flexible voucher that would allow families to change their previously planned tour to go to any destination, with any of our travel brands. In other words, we gave them a ticket to go just about anywhere to do just about anything.
